Like any journey the natural road has hills, pot holes, ditches, and smooth finishes. “Going natural” is a term often used that defines chemical free existence from hair or skin. But just take time to think about going natural for love, what does that look like? Allowing experiences to cultivate organic chemistry and freedom to love and be loved. Taking care of your body, your mind, and committing to the rule of no toxicity entering into your positive zone. Sometimes life calls for you to be your own cheerleader : Go confidence, Go me.

Taking Care of Your Body
Taking care of your body includes proper nutrition-YEP I said it! You must eat healthy to preserve your physical body which will ultimately allow you to look and feel like your best self. Did you know eating healthy allows your hair and skin to flourish? Clean healthy foods contain vitamins and healthy nutrients that help us maintain but also boost our systems. Water is a key component, according to USGS it is “A vital nutrient to the life of every cell, acts first as a building material, it regulates our internal body temperature by sweating and respiration, the carbohydrates and proteins that our bodies use as food are metabolized and transported by water in the bloodstream; It assists in flushing waste mainly through urination acts as a shock absorber for brain, spinal cord, and fetus, forms saliva, and lubricates joints.” Exercise always does a body good, and it doesn’t have to be extreme. Yoga, Zumba, dance, and even taking a walk around your neighborhood will all suffice. Remember-a journey doesn’t happen overnight so take your time and don’t rush.
Surround yourself with others that speak positive, think positive, and WANT you to be great!
Taking care of your Mind
Taking care of your mind motivates everything in your world to do better. Whatsoever you think is who you are! “I’m tired, I’m lonely, I’m unattractive”-guess what, if you think that you become that. Positive affirmations bring about peace and joy in the craziest circumstances. Surround yourself with others that speak positive, think positive and WANT you to be great! Allow your mind to be free and take moments to soak up good vibes only.
Moving forward
We’ve all had moments of dwelling on the past but choose today to walk and become different. The past was only a moment in which you’ve made it through so lift your head up today and strut with a new outlook. Confidence may take time to build but practice until you learn to love who you are and who you’re becoming. Confidence doesn’t have an age, size, or shape so just pick it up and wear it!
